Located in Kenswood Court, Kingswood Villas, this standard 3-bedroom flat faced a common challenge among mature properties: recurring wall leaks and persistent moisture. To tackle these chronic aging pain points, the Cheung Hing engineering team executed a rigorous, high-grade sealing and underground waterproofing overhaul in the bathroom, stopping leaks right at their source.

When it came to the layout, the compact bathroom footprint made standard, rigid glass enclosures impractical, as they would restrict movement. Instead, our designer introduced a clever and agile solution: a "dual-track curtain system" integrated into the ceiling.

By utilizing two independent tracks, we successfully created a flexible division between the toilet, vanity, and shower zones. When showering, the curtains slide shut to contain water perfectly; when not in use, they tuck away effortlessly to maintain an open, well-ventilated space. This highly cost-effective design achieves the functionality of a split-zone bathroom, keeping the environment remarkably dry, hygienic, and safe.
