Located in To Kwa Wan's newly completed premium development, OasisT, this project features a brand-new, handed-over residence. Completely free from the infrastructure issues or aging hidden conduits typical of older estates, the homeowner was able to bypass heavy demolition expenses and channel 100% of their budget into bespoke spatial efficiency and high-end aesthetic tailoring. Our designer gracefully took this two-bedroom, one-balcony luxury flat and introduced a curated Japandi blend—weaving the clean, architectural lines of Nordic Minimalism with the warm, comforting timber of Japanese Zen to form a sanctuary engineered for the modern urban elite.

Absolute Invisible Storage & Crisp Open Kitchen
To fulfill the homeowner’s craving for a pristine, uncluttered visual, all custom carpentry avoids heavy ornamentation. We engineered high-capacity, "flush-to-wall" hidden storage spaces that make daily belongings invisible. Even the square-shaped open kitchen maintains a sharp, sleek geometry while completely embedding full-service appliances, executing a perfect balance of form and premium utility.

A Dialogue Between Modern Bay Windows and Nordic Balconies
The masterpiece of this flat lies in how it respects and elevates its brand-new architectural blueprints. Capitalizing on the lounge's massive window, the designer introduced a tailored modern bay window seat—offering the owner a cozy nook to look out and soak in the vibrant scenery of the city. Opposing this is the flat's crown jewel: the open-air balcony. We framed its perimeter with a striking, matte black profile to channel a crisp Nordic minimalist edge. This geometric black accent injects a refined, contemporary contrast against the warm timber base.

The Therapeutic Luxury of a Marble Bath
Since the bathroom framework was pristine, the approach focused entirely on maximizing convenience and lifestyle luxury. We crafted a premium solid natural marble vanity console paired with a grand back-lit ambient mirror and recessed accent lighting. The moment the owner steps into this dry-wet separated, marble-textured oasis after a long day, the daily friction melts away into a state of absolute boutique-hotel tranquility.
